Fall Birds at Howe Island

Leader Gary Hillaby   We will be going to Howe Island to look for migrating birds. Birds passing over Howe are attracted to the solitude of the island and the beautiful shoreline. The City of Kingston is considering a proposed bylaw which, among other things, will make it an offence to feed wildlife in the city. Wildlife is defined to include birds.
