Your article must be uploaded as a word processor document such as Microsoft Word (.docx) or LibreOffice Writer (.odt). Include images, figures, tables, etc. in the document to show where they are placed. You will also upload images, figures, tables, separately further down the form.

Text must be formatted (paragraphs, bold, italics, lists, headings, etc.)

Tables

Tables must be in a spreadsheet format. Open document format (.ods) is preferred, but proprietary formats such as Excel are also okay as long as they can be read by open document software. Archives such as .zip, .7z, .rar are also okay. Max 3 files.

Images

• Upload up to 10 image files or all images in an archive (e.g. .zip, .7z, .rar).
• Images must be cropped and at least 1000 pixels wide.
• The number of images you upload must be counter-balanced with the amount of text in your article. As a general rule of thumb, there should be at least two paragraphs for each image. If this guideline isn't followed, some of your images will not be published.
• Images need to be relevant to the text and can be mentioned explicitly in the text.
• Name your image files consistently with a stem and leaf pattern, such as event-001, event-002, event-003, etc. You can reference them as such in your article; for example, "see figure event-002."
• You must have permission to use all images and provide a credit (name of photographer) or a proper citation (e.g. source and basis of use such as a creative comments license).
