NOTICE THAT THE ELECTION OF THE NEW BOARD WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE AGM
The KFN Annual General Meeting will take place Thursday 17 April 2025. At that time a new Board will be elected for the 2025-26 year. The Board’s Search Committee has developed a proposed slate for the 2025-26 Board as shown below.
Members not identified by the Search Committee are welcome to contest a position or seek a place on the Board. To do so, please contact the Chair of the Search Committee, Ken Edwards, or the president, John Donihee, as soon as possible. The deadline for an indication of intent to seek election to the Board is Thursday 2 April: two weeks before the Annual General Meeting.

Preparation for the April KFN Annual General Meeting and the election of a new board is underway. The Chair of the Search Committee is Ken Edwards, and any expressions of interest should be made directly to the committee.
We need volunteers to help with the board’s work. Please consider contacting the committee to see how you can help. A proposed slate for the 2025-26 board will be presented to our next KFN board meeting by the committee, but volunteers for several positions are still needed.
A proposed slate of 2025-26 board members will be included in our March Newsletter.
Persons who want to assist KFN by participating on the board after the proposed slate is published may still do so. Any such expression of interest can still be made to the Search Committee. The deadline is April 3, 2025 – 2 weeks before the Annual General Meeting.
Please consider participating. KFN’s many activities and programs depend entirely on volunteers.
