Monthly meetings are held at 7:30 PM the third Thursday of the month from September to May. The meetings are normally conducted at Ongwanada, 191 Portsmouth Ave. Doors open at 7:00 PM with snacks and a social preceding the meeting.
During the Covid-19 pandemic we were unable to hold indoor meetings, but as of February 2023 we have moved to hybrid meetings. Members can attend the live meetings at Ongwanada, or join in virtually using the Zoom platform. The details will be published in the monthly newsletter.

Annual General Meeting 2023
The AGM will be conducted at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday April 19th. The Zoom link will be sent out a few days before the meeting.
At this meeting we will review the minutes of the previous AGM held on 21 April 2022 (see link below), the President will review the past year, the Treasurer will present a proposed budget for 2023-24, and we will elect the members of the executive for 2023-24.
