Information Line

The Kingston Field Naturalists maintain an information line at (613) 389-8338 which will direct you to a contact person for your inquiries. You can also find out about the upcoming general meeting by telephoning this line. At the end of the recording, you may leave a message or membership information. If you leave a message, please leave your full name and telephone number, particularly in the case of membership inquiries.

Interesting observations of birds should be transmitted to Peter Good electronically at goodcompany@sympatico.ca or by phone at (613) 378-6605. A weekly summary of these observations will be published in Ontbirds.

Species that are rare in the Kingston area are listed in small print in the KFN Bird Checklist. The Rare Birds Committee would like reports of any sightings of these species. If you see a rare bird in the Kingston Region please refer to the Rare Bird Reporting background information, and fill out the Rare Bird Form (PDF file) and return it to the Rare Birds Committee, whose address is listed on the form.
